When you enter the holiday villa through the front door, you enter the spacious living room. There is a spacious seating area with Smart TV and soundbar. The soundbar can be used as audio and a Google Nest is available. There is also an attractive dining area with a spacious dining table for hours of dining and playing games, for example. There is an open kitchen which is fully equipped, such as a 5-burner induction hob, Quooker, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, convection oven with microwave function, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine. To provide you with complete comfort, there is underfloor heating on the entire ground floor. The house has three bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with 2 single box spring beds. The bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom. It contains a walk-in shower and double sink with designer towel radiator. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The second bright and spacious bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower and double sink. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. There are 2 more bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has 2 single box-spring beds, 2 single duvets and 2 pillows. From the living room you reach the spacious terrace with garden furniture. The lovely spacious garden offers you a lot of privacy and is south-facing. It is wonderful to stay here. The garden offers every opportunity to completely relax and enjoy island life. You can walk straight through the terrace to the lockable shed. This is equipped with electricity for, among other things, charging your electric bicycle. In addition, you can walk across the continuous terrace to the spacious canopy with electricity and lounge set. Below you can relax in the evening sun. Washing machine & dryer are available. The stair gate is attached as standard. There is free WIFI available. Smoking in the holiday villa is not allowed. There is private parking for 3 cars. 2 pets are welcome.
