This house is built energyneutral with all conveniences. It has four bedrooms from which one is on the ground floor with flatscreen tv. All bedrooms have two single beds next to eachother with single bed covers. The bathroom downstairs is situated next to the bedroom and has shower, toilet and washstand. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The second bathroom on the first floor has bath, shower and two washstands next to eachother. A seperate toilet is also present. On the biggest bedroom upstairs you will find a walk-in shower and washstand. For security there is also a stair gate. The spacious living has a cozy (modern electric) fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Furthermore, the bungalow has a washing machine, a dryer, children's cot (wood), cable television and wireless internet. The spacious garden with terrace is located on the south side and there are parking facilities next to the bungalow. It is allowed to park here two cars. This is a non smoking house!
