Additional costs
- Reservation costs € 22,50 per contract / from the 2nd booking (in the same financial year) € 11,25 per contract.
- Tourist tax: one pays € 2,30 per person per night without maximum. From 2024 you will pay € 2.40 per person per night.
- When taking your pet, the end cleaning is obligated and a fee should be paid. This fee is € 20.- per pet per booking. Furthermore there is a surcharge per pet per day of € 3,00.
- The rebooking fee is at least € 25.- per booking.
Risk fund
Sometimes, the holiday suddenly needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen events, such as death, illness or an accident. You can buy insurance for such events through our Risk Fund. See the PDF for more information.
